The colour concept, of the 3 star superior house in Berlin, is based on the colour series of Le Corbusier. All rooms on each floor have their own particular combination of colours.

All rooms - whether double or single - have a spacious floor plan, roomy private bathrooms or shower rooms and all that you need for a good night’s sleep. Columns and corners are used to give an individual note, which is reflected in the furniture, too.

The modern furniture was created specially for the Ku' Damm 101 hotel by young German designers and is complemented by some modern classics.

The materials used in the room decoration, such as the floor coverings in natural rubber, are appropriate for allergy sufferers, and there are 17 barrier-free rooms equipped for the physically handicapped.

Modern communications technology, a generous-sized desk and movable TV cabinet meet today’s requirements for flexibility, individuality and contactability. Many rooms are air-conditioned, there are smoking and non-smoking floors as well as three different room categories.

Upper Class

All double rooms in the Upper Class category, at the hotel Ku' Damm 101 in Berlin, are between 30 and 38 square metres. They are equipped with air-conditioning, and have either a bathroom or a shower room with under-floor heating, and WC.

You will be able to enjoy the luxury of a king size bed, (1.8 metres wide) as well as a generously proportioned desk and comfortable seating. Twin beds (2 x 90 cm) may be booked as an option. Comfort Class

All double rooms in the Comfort Class category, at the hotel Ku' Damm 101 in Berlin, are between 26 and 30 square metres in size. Their shower rooms are equipped with under-floor heating, walk-in shower and WC, and many of them are air-conditioned.

They are available with either a king size double bed (1.8 metres wide), queen size bed (1.6 metres wide) or twin beds (2 x 90 cm). Depending on availability they come with a French size bed (1.4 metres wide) or a single bed (1.2 metres). Every room is equipped with a desk and comfortable chair as well as a cordless telephone, satellite television, a safe, a hairdryer and all usual forms of Internet connection.

Standard Class

All double rooms in the hotels Standard Class category of the Ku' Damm 101 in Berlin, overlook the street, are between 18 and 20 square metres in size and are fitted with en suite shower rooms with WC and under-floor heating. In addition, there is a queen size bed (1,60) and a work area.
